At ZODUCT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our exchange guidelines carefully.

  1. Exchange Policy
    We offer exchange only under the following conditions:
  • Wrong Product Received
  • Defective or Damaged Product

To process your exchange request smoothly, we require the following:

A clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened (must show the seal and full unwrapping).

Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Product must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  1. How to Request an Exchange
    Please follow the steps below:

Email us at Zoduct.Care@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 99904 04221 within 2 days of receiving your order.

Share your Order ID and reason for exchange along with the unboxing video.

Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you with the replacement process.

Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will dispatch the correct or replacement product.

Note: Exchanged/Replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

  1. No Refund Policy
    Please note that we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed in case of wrong or defective items.
  2. Non-Exchangeable Items
    We do not accept exchanges for:

Product that have been used or Physical Damage.

Items returned without an unboxing video.

Requests made after 2 days of delivery.
